PDR TRAINING
Training
PDR training is an ideal opportunity for anyone who wants to become an expert in paintless dent removal. During the training, you will learn how to recognize different types of damage, how to properly use specialized tools, and master precise techniques that allow you to restore the original appearance of the bodywork quickly and efficiently. The training is tailored to both beginners and those with some experience, and the goal is to provide you with the knowledge and skills needed to work independently or start your own PDR business. After completing the course, you will be ready to offer top-notch service to your clients and be part of the increasingly successful PDR community.
PDR LAMPS
Working under professional PDR lamps is a key part of the training and the dent removal process itself. These specialized lamps emit a strong and uniform light that creates clearly defined shadows and reflections on the surface of the car. Thanks to this, the master can precisely spot even the smallest bumps and dents, which is essential for a high-quality and efficient repair without damaging the paint. Professional lamps allow for a better view of the damage from different angles, which helps to perform the work quickly, accurately and with maximum care. Training under these lamps allows participants to learn how to properly use light for detailed analysis and correction of the bodywork, thus acquiring the skills necessary for top-notch PDR work.
PDR LEVER
PDR levers are the basic and most important tools in the paintless dent removal technique. They are used to gently and precisely press or pull out dents from the inside of the body, allowing the original shape of the sheet metal to be restored without damaging the paint. The levers come in different shapes and sizes, and are adapted to work on all types of body panels and hard-to-reach places. During the training, we will learn how to properly select and use PDR levers, how to use force and pressure in the right places, but also how to work carefully and precisely so as not to damage the sheet metal or glass. Also, participants will master the techniques of working in combination with professional lamps, so that they can clearly see all irregularities and monitor the progress of dent removal. Proper use of levers is the key to success in the PDR technique, as it allows for precise and long-lasting repairs.
PDR KNOCKDOWN / KIRNER
PDR Knockdown is a specialized tool used for the precise and effective removal of small bumps and pinpoint dents on car bodies. This tool allows craftsmen to carefully level the surface, especially in situations where traditional PDR techniques cannot completely level the damage. Knockdown is used by gently pressing or lightly “hitting” the protrusions or protrusions that appeared during the dent removal process with a special ball or tip on the tool, thus achieving a perfectly flat surface. During the training, we will show in detail how to properly use the PDR Knockdown, including the precise hitting technique, the pressure strength and the selection of the appropriate tool tip for different types of body panels. Also, participants will learn how to combine the use of the Knockdown tool with professional lamps, so that they can precisely see every shift and small irregularity. By using this tool during the training, you will learn how to further improve your work, in order to achieve flawless results even on the seemingly most difficult dents.
